Aluminum

The material we provide is AA5005 or AA5052 (Al Mg1). Front Panel Pros stocks both raw and anodized material. We manufacture panels on high-RPM CAM machines which produce a burr-free, scratch-free surface. Customers may have Front Panel Pros anodize panels after milling which will leave no raw edges. This option is available in panels up to 22″ x 24″. Hard coat anodizing is available on request.

The thickness of the panels in stock ranges from 1.5mm to 6.0mm. The largest size panel that can be milled is 1200mm (47″) in height and 1450mm (57″) in width. Panels are available in a wide choice of colors and we can anodize some colors as well as provide a gloss finish after milling is complete.
